Our approach
We build the site with semantic headings and form labels, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear validation messages. We test both the customer order flow and the private producer workflow as the service changes.

If any part of the site is difficult to use, tell us what page or task caused the problem and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology you use. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction through an accessible alternative.
