We collect only the information needed to create, process, and deliver your order.

Why we use it
We use this information to create the order, process payment, produce the song, deliver your songs, and support the transaction.
Providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and private song files. Stripe handles payment and card data. The owner uses OpenAI tools manually to develop production materials; your email address and payment information are not included in that creative prompt. Resend delivers transactional emails. Sound Rewound does not receive or store your card number.
Deletion
Song requests and production materials are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default. Finished tracks and delivery links are also scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default. The delivery email address is scheduled for deletion after 180 days by default. These periods may be adjusted for unresolved payment or support issues. Provider backups and operational logs may retain limited data for the periods documented by those providers.
No marketing consent
Buying a song is not consent to marketing email. We do not add purchasers to a marketing list.
